Controller:

Our range of CNC equipment all comes fitted with the latest PC based motion control technology. All machinery is fitted with a P.I.D control output through an analogue 10volt signal giving our machines an accurate and stable control for your production. All electrical and software work is carried out and supplied using Australian companies.

The user interface is simple and operator friendly, using all standard windows commands and large machine icons to perform required functions. We can incorporate touch screen controls to eliminate the use of the mouse and keyboard.

For customers who need the added flexibility of 4 axis or 5 axis machining we can offer full interpolation of up to 8 axis linear and circular.

Drill Head:

The Boring head is manufactured in Italy by MC, it is configured with 11 vertical drills at 32mm centres. Positioning between drill holes is done at speeds up to 80M/min and we can drill 7 holes in the X axis and 5 simultaneously in the Y axis.

Tool Change:

The Tool changer is installed on the gantry behind the Router spindle and holds a maximum of 10 tools holders, fitted with various tools as you require. This allows for maximum tool change speed where ever the head is located on the machine.

Spindle:

The Spindle is a HSD Italian made 7.5KW (10HP) Spindle made to suit ISO 30 tool holders. If required the router can be change to suit HSK style tool holders. The duty cycle of this router is S1 when run at the correct speeds, which allows continuous machining cycles.

Vacume System:

The table design allows maximum flow to all areas of the table through a simple matrix with flow holes every 75mm.

We use Pumps locally supplied from Vacuum Specialist here in Australia to make sure backup and service is available when you may require it.

Safety:

We have designed all our guarding and safety features around the Australian standards for CNC machine safety AS1473.5 2001. These include safety caging, safety electronic light barriers, and guards surrounding the head of the machine.
