The EC 510 series Edger has been designed for the large volume production, it can run at 20m/min continuous even while round the ends of panels. This machine has option of pre-milling and multiple setup of units to suit different production demands.
EC510 standard features include:
- Tape saving loading system.
- Hot melt glue system.
- 4 x Individual pressure rollers.
- 2 x Pneumatic guillotines.
- Front and back end saws.
- Top and bottom high speed trimmers. 0~15 degrees adjustment.
- Multi function round cornering unit. This unit trims top and bottom as well as ends at a maximum of 20m/min.
- Top and bottom heavy duty scrapers.
- Top and bottom buffers.
